The over-arching research question for this multi-year study is “What is the spiritual impact of a church-based disability ministry in the global setting?”
Given the personal and organizational impacts of moral injury and the value of early intervention, the overarching research question for this study is how to appropriately implement an assessment tool to identify moral injury among healthcare workers working in four different faith-based multicultural (mission) hospital settings.

Serving from Uganda as the Meros Africa Fellow, Dr. Kolade will support the growth of the Meros Africa Network by identifying and collaborating with new partners, coordinating training events, and helping ministries measure and strengthen their impact through research and training.
