In partnership with Wisconsin Lutheran College, our online Community Health Ministry (CHM) professional certification is now available in a self-study format. Choose all or part of the training to learn on your schedule. The content is formatted into four on-line self-study courses building your knowledge in the theological foundation, aspects of mental health, and participatory principles. Once you have mastered this content, gain your certification through a fourth guided practicum course where you use and demonstrate some of the tools you learned engaging with a church, community or group of your choosing. The practicum comes with consulting and personal guidance as you explore opportunities to initiate a new community-based ministry. Check out all the details on our CHM webpage.
